Pick-up from Hotel: Your driver will pick you up from your hotel in Hoi An in the morning, usually around 8:00 AM, depending on your location.

Market Tour: Your first stop will be at the local market in Hoi An. Here, you’ll have the chance to explore the vibrant market atmosphere, interact with local vendors, and learn about the fresh ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine. Your guide will help you select the best ingredients for your cooking class.

Transfer to Tra Que Vegetable Village: After the market tour, you’ll be driven to Tra Que Vegetable Village, located just a few kilometers from Hoi An. Along the way, you’ll enjoy scenic views of the countryside and rice paddies.

Garden Tour at Tra Que Vegetable Village: Upon arrival at Tra Que, you’ll embark on a guided tour of the village’s organic vegetable gardens. You’ll learn about traditional farming techniques, the variety of herbs and vegetables grown in the village, and the importance of organic farming practices in Vietnamese cuisine. Cooking Class: After the garden tour, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get cooking!
